How we work?
Based on the needs of your organisation for our services one of our consultants will start a survey. The goal of the survey is to find out what is exactly your need and what solution we can offer for you as best fit solution.
The needs of your organisation and our solution will be done in the basic quotation. This basic quotation is the framework for the all the requested tasks and duties which we can service your organisation.
After accepting our quotation our consult start to explorore the related organisation environment. What are the processes? What systems? Internal policy or rules, etc. What is your leadership style?
This exploration is the start to us to train our staff to be fit for your organisation. We will do the basics training to be fit and prepared for the job. Also it is possible to train our staff within your organisation for a period of time. Or you come to train the staff in our location and enjoy our hopitality.
After the survey and exploration our staff is ready to start for you to help you in your needs. The first three months there could be some start-up in efficiency. This is based on the complexity of your organisation.
Periodic we will do a follow-up to check if the solution is the right one? Is any chance needed? Additional duties or less duties all what matters we can discuss and work out what service will fit your organisation.
Are your needs changed and we come to close our services we will support you in transfer and handover of the duties. When needed we can train your staff in the way you did to us before and/or we do period of co-working to be ready for the duties. Also for at least a period of three months we will be available for any further questions or information.
